Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a global series of seasonally- and locally-inspired culinary weekend workshops taking place at all 27 Park Hyatt hotels. The Park Hyatt Masters events take place on or around the turn of each season.

Through engaging and interactive programming, both resident and visiting gourmands and oenophiles can participate in ‘masters’ sessions to gain insight and exposure into  the best characteristics of regional cuisine.

In May 2017, our Wine Director Meiyu Li join forces with the Executive Chef Aw Yong, bringing in sustainable food & wine under the circumstance of increasing desire to protect the earth and sustainable development globally.
